Lights Dim

 

Lights dim or flicker for several reasons, example when the air conditioner starts up

on some homes where the power company lines extend a long way to the transformer

or on some overhead services the a/c causes a voltage drop for a fraction of a second

which causes lights to dim - this is normal and just something you have to live with.

If the lights constantly dim or flicker then there is a problem, and requires a service call

to find and resolve the problem
