What size Breaker is the Dryer Breaker

If you dryer is Electric. it should be on a double 30 amp breaker (2 breakers tied together)

Dryer plugs come in two different configurations . The older 3 prong dryer plug. and the newer 4 prong dryer plug.

If you home is over 10 years old. chances are you require the 3 prong dryer plug

If it is Gas then there is usually no special breaker .but it s probably plugged into the same outlet as the washer
